Dream Big Empty Nesters

I know from the many emails and calls I received of appreciation, challenge, and hope that women are ready for 2008.

Dreams are Motivations...so I wish you time to go inward and see what dreams are heard or seen. Write them down. Just Dare the World to Give You some Options and See what Happens.

Yes, I know be careful what you dream for and I know it simply feels great to ask for help, set some intentions of how you want to be Feeling in 2008...what do you want to see over the mountain...what do you need this year? What will you practice Dropping and Adding to your life?

I am so grateful for all of you who have the Courage to feel the Loving moments and the Painful ones…Life is so complex...Happy New Year to each of you ..DREAM BIG and write it down…PS Light a Candle to set an intention as you Close Your Eyes or after a Walk in Silence...the light of the candle brings light to you and glows the prayers you are speaking and writing.

Some have felt discouraged because of disappointments, the Unknown of What to Dream for, and because the Clock is Ticking. We Grieve what hurt and we Stand tall again to ask for what we want to feel. No matter what our age is or our limitations are, we each know how hope and focusing on ourselves from the inside out can brighten our path.

I continue to hope we all Hear Each Other and See Each Other in our uniqueness and common path of finding NEW MEANING beyond parenthood. Much love to you and please continue to call and send emails. Natalie

Single Empty Nester

I gave a wonderful unmarried empty nester the black t-shirt that says “WHAT’S NEXT” along with a romantic novel and an aphrodisiac of chocolates.

It is a little awkward sharing this story with you since I sell the t-shirts on my web and I designed them but the truth is several.

1. It was so much fun gifting her.

2. She really is ready to meet a partner.

3. We decided she would wear it and see what happens as far as meeting new people.

4. Grocery shopping, in the evening at her local store, in the coffee section, a man said to her, “SO WHAT IS NEXT?” She told me she forgot she had the t shirt on and then got it and said to him, “making new friends.” She couldn’t believe she said that even though we talked about that line. Long story short, you guessed it, they went out for coffee.

5. For a surprise, at her office, I dropped off a bag of fresh roasted coffee beans, two new red mugs, and chocolate kisses.

6. I just think we all need to be having more fun!
