GATHERING FOR EMPTY NEST WOMEN
I invite you to this gathering of women who will meet in a warm and relaxed small group setting. Each woman will receive support, conversations, and an unfolding of the losses and gains empty nest transition brings.
Each of has unique needs and a sacred story but all of us are sitting in the common connection of being moved out of the kingdom of motherhood.
- What is uniquely next for you?
- What has rightfully gone dormant that wants to be awakened?
- What wants attending and nurturing? What forms of creativity can emerge for you now that there is a withdrawal of mothering?
- Whether single, married, anticipating empty nest or an empty nester this stage of life asks each of us to bravely look at our relationship with ourselves, our partners, family, friendships, and extended family. Do you need a course correction, an overhaul, a tweaking, a lifting of the veil?
- How do you deal with the yo-yo feeling of your children coming back and leaving? You just found your rhythm.
- How do you develop a healthy adult relationship with your children? Some are married, moved far away, in college, working, or still living at home?
- Where do you build a new sense of belonging since the school days are over?
Join us. We are building a community and personal roadmaps.
We all had resources of what to expect when we were expecting and then parenting, but over the five years of my journeying and connecting with empty nesters across the country, we courageously realize we are the pioneers.
We matter and we have questions and value to add to our lives, but that doesn’t simply mean to get busy, to volunteer, to clean out our children’s room and remodel.
Empty nest is a calling, an invitation to begin again by unfolding our new stage of life. No one needs to go through the journey alone.
I am very excited about us meeting face to face. I look forward to answering your questions about the weekend as well as during the weekend.
