nest teleseminars are free. We have separate ones for being an empty
nester and for anticipating empty nest. There is no charge for the
program other than your long –distance phone charges. You will
receive the call in number information by email. The telephone talks
are an ongoing support where you get a chance to ask questions, hear
what is going on for others and gather some tools from experts
during this major life transition. No one needs to go through empty
nest alone. This is a casual way for you to call from your home and
